Peter and the Wolf - 1 of 2


And here's what those other guys were naming themselves after. The original Peter and the Wolf, a narrated work of music/children's story composed by Sergei Prokofiev in 1936. This is Disney's animated short of the piece, which came out 10 years later in 1946. (I'm pretty sure the narrator they got is also the voice actor for Winnie the Pooh. Sure sounds like it.) There's also an audio version narrated by David Bowie if you wanna search that on youtube. Just sayin'.
